  • Quake T-shirts

Do you have any Quake T-shirts? I'm asking out of curiosity. I remember a time when idsoftware sold some nice Quake T-shirts. A shambler and an ogre were featured on the T-shirt, if I remember correctly. Who knows? Maybe I could find some Quake T-shirts on ebay. I would give a Quake T-shirt to my girlfriend, if I had a girlfriend.

I guess that a black T-shirt with a small blue quake Q on the heart would nice. Quakeish enough so any fan will recognize, yet it is modest enough that you can wear in most circumstances.

Time to get your head out your quake cd case and go get a girlfriend so you can train her to play quake. All it takes to get a girlfriend is, gun, handcuffs, cloth, rubbing alcohol and lots of rope & duct tape.. Train her to play quake in exchange for some food and bathroom privledges.

I have an original id Quake t-shirt. In the front the quake logo and on the back (close to the neck) is printed id software 1996. And the id Logo is on the sleeve. I wore this very often and it's still in good condition, great quality.

You could just walk up to any airbrush shop (with the graphic you want) and they could make it for you in like an hour. Most malls have these shops and I think it's like $25 (maybe a lil less). Once the shirt is done, go wear it into game-stop and wait for some nerd girl to notice you. Voila - you get your shirt and ~some kind~ of girlfriend all in one trip. Actually you could even get her drunk at the daiquiri stand and buy her some lingerie at Fredricks. You are like $200 bucks away from a Quake shirt and a nerd whore.

Oh, and Pol, as always great job (as my friends say in the USA). They must have cost you a few quid/dollars/euros/gilders/francs/etc though?

I gotta look for some airbrush shops in Montreal. You think it's $25? I'm not good with conversions but I think it's $37 in Canadian money. (Vive le Quake!)

Oh I have no idea what's going on in Canada. In US (Louisiana for sure) most malls have a t-shirt airbrush booth. I remember a bunch of years ago I got a band tshirt airbrushed and it was actually $17. I only said $25 cause it sounded like a good inflation number and I couldn't see these places actually making any sales for higher than that.

I still think that finding some kind of airbrush shop is probably your best bet. If you have good art skills you might want to just check e-bay for an airbrush kit and do it yourself. Then you can make all the shirts you want.

If I remember right you should iron the shirt before you ever wash it. This will make it last longer. I'm sure wherever you go can tell you for sure.

go buy a pack of shirts, mixed colors, solid colors or whatever.. USE YOUR PRINTER!!! buy the T-SHIRT TRANSFER PRINTER PAPER, put the paper into your printer as normal, print out the freaking image you want, then get an IRON and IRON the damn thing onto a shirt anywhere you like. You can purchase this t-shirt transfer paper at staples, office max, best buy, office depot, wal-mart and anywhere that sales printer paper. It can cost anywhere between 6$ and 100$ depending on how much you want and the quality.. MAKE ALL THE T-SHIRTS YOU WANT FROM HOME!

Here's a site that has it as well.. just as a reference.

Is the Q trademarked or copyrighted? If so printing it on a shirt and selling it would not go over very well with ID.

I don't think they have intention's on selling it.

I think his intention is to just have a T-shirt that has something of quake nature on it.
