I went to a flea-market about 10 years ago, and noticed this guy was selling some very nice name brand shirts. 2 for 10$ 3 for 14$ and 5 for 20$ etc... So i thought, cool, i can get some Nike, Adidas, Reebok, tommy hilfiger, and polo shirts for DIRT ass cheap. I started looking at the tag's to see how authentic these were just so i know im buyin the real shit, and lone behold, they were HANES shirts! I asked the guy behind the booth how he could sell trademarked names on HANES shirts, and his response was I'm CUBAN, I can do anything i want! I did not laugh, I thought, Deportation was the right thing for this idiot. So instead of calling the proper authorities to investigate this, i thought i would STEAL a couple shirts. I grabbed 3 nike shirts and 2 adidas shirts, walked up to the counter and said i would like to "HAVE" these shirts. He hit the register and punched in 20$ + tax, and i said, i don't think you quite understand, I would like to HAVE as in YOU GIVE me the shirt's or i'll call the police and report this scheme. The guy called me a mother fucker and told me to take the shirts and go..

Marsh Life at MarshLife.com <-- buddy of mine who owns it is going through a very very very tough legal battle of copyright infringement against another company called The Marsh Life | Cast, Blast & Relax . There is something called COMMON LAW TRADE MARK. If you manufacture a product and sell the product before someone register's the name, you have COMMON LAW TRADE MARK to cover your ass. First come First serve. My buddy will win his case since he's been supplying products with the name "Marsh Life" since 2009, and the other company trademarked the name in late 2010. So honestly gotta be very careful and do research before spending the time and money into something you may get screwed on.
