Server owners (Tremor, Vis, etc): Bans are getting out of hand

Let me recap some events that happened today that are starting to become typical. They are ruining games and wasting my time to the extent that I don't even feel like wasting my time on Quake 1 anymore.

First:
I connect to dm1.quaketx.com and we have 6 people ready to game, but Wolv has banned Poop from the server because of a personal dispute that they had on another server, and Poop can't play as our 6th. We end up wasting 10 minutes trying to get Poop unbanned and instead go to DM.clanhdz.com where Poop is not banned.

Second:
2 hours later, we are about to start a game with 6 players on dm.clanhdz.com. Kimp is one of our 6. Out of nowhere Mindz connects to the server, bans kimp as a game is about to start, and leaves the server. We are left without 6 and can no longer play. We have to move back to dm1.quaketx.com but a new-comer who just came back to the game (Asc) is so disgusted that he leaves in the process, leaving us again with 5 players and unable to play.

Renegade admin actions are literally destroying this community, wasting everyone's time, and just making it obnoxious. I am ready to quit over what a hassle this has become. I am not kidding.

Please remove the following people's admin on EVERY SERVER:
Wolv, Mindz, Crow.

They are destroying the game for everyone. And don't just listen to me, I am sure the 30 people who still play Quake and get banned all the time can fucking vouch for what keeps going on.

This is idiotic, it is a waste of my time, and I will not continue to play in a community where idiots like these guys keep abusing admin.

Regardless of whether he is supposed to be banned from HDZ, mindz specifically showed up in order to ban him, with no intent to play, and ruined our game.

I would argue that this is completely inappropriate and unbecoming of an admin because he knew what he was doing. Why are you shilling for Mindz again? Enjoy playing NQ by yourself.

Your right the ban's are becoming insane, mindz changed the code on my servers because crow accidently posted the admin on this site. Kimp on the other hand is banned for various reasons and if vis told mindz to ban him anytime he comes on the server then so be it.

Omi did what was maybe the classic case of what I think is the problem with "all talk + no intent to play". 4 people at dallas, Omi starts critiquing Vibe's game (in my opinion because Vibe > Omi at CAx ... possibly not just CAx either), calling CAx a trash mod, etc. etc. For at least 5 minutes. Won't color up, etc. On the other hand Q Mark seems to like fucking around and colored up during one the CAx tourney games.

Another amazing thing, Omi complained about grenade spam, I sneak up behind Omi and kill him with 3 rockets. Of course, he starts complaining about grenade spam even more. What the hell? That doesn't even make sense?

Yeah, people need to stop complaining about playing styles. There are different playing styles, some people like to play aggressive, some play more cautious. Some like to fight only at mound/quad and bridge/water, while others may go outside (gasp). But, I digress.

Omi, I can see your point, but you're not going to get much sympathy about banning kimp. I agree, though, the banning needs to stop. Kimp does pull a lot of crap, but there are times where he behaves.

1. You throw insults with the best of them. Like the 250 different insults in our RA games. I'm not the type to care, though. I think the talk/insult thing is a problem in match mode games, not non-matchmode games. Talk can't ruin an RA game. It can ruin CA or match mode DM.
2. Do you type 600 wpm or what?
