Greets, sorry for the huge delay, i just noticed I didn't reply to this
since my last try (wwwboard scripts were down). Here is something
I found that may help you with your problem

This happens when you make a connection to the outside
world by carving and then fill the hole again with
an entity-bound brush; for instance, you cut a hole in
the ceiling and refill it with a button; you can avoid this
problem by carving not so deeply, so you have no
connection to the outside world, or you can put a solid
brush (not bound to an entity) over the hole. - Matthias Hoys
