make the goal activate a trigger, say 'wall1'
then tie the wall u want to change to a func_wall entity with targetname door1.
now make the original texture of the wall +abcde0 (for example)
then make the second texture *abcde0 and put this on a brush somewhere in the level(it doesnt have to be able to be seen, it just has to be included in the bsp
I think thats the coreect texture names but not sure, try the Forge for more information
