Wel i play quake with keyboard + mouse pretty well,but gamepad + mouse is my killer combination !

Yes cheatfree is a valid request. This requires a standard between the client and the server. The server has a database of crc values of all the models, maps, sounds, etc. and compares them in realtime with the client's crc values.
So every client would need to run qrack server :/
