i played that map a shit-load of times over on polarite's Rquake coop server

definitely going to have to play through it again now

a door, some wood+metal walls, stone floors and columns, and some wall-decorations

It's from the same author as "Ontranto" (2004), and actually I believe these two maps are an early version of it, cut down to just two maps: You start out in a dark swamp before you enter an ancient town with lots of possibilities to get lost. It's some great quality, even if the enhanced version released two years later offers more maps and even better atmosphere.

If this is true, you'd better make it also a pack for Ontranto.

Ontranto uses also other textures, so at the moment this is a Town & Swampe only release, but who knows, maybe I can update the pack to include also the other textures for Ontranto, afterall at 99% are Hexen 2 textures (And speaking of H2 textures, HD Textures for The Occursed are coming)

Good and bad news. Let's start with the bad: I've accidentally deleted the textures for Swamp & Towne (not a very big problem since it uses mainly Hexen 2 Textures). As for good news: Terracity HD textures are coming (I love that map) and a big update to Terra is coming (it covers 99% of textures)

Beautiful work Talisa, the textures are you making will cover only Frostbite or the whole DKT1000 map pack?

my texture-pack will only cover frostbite

afraid i havent even played most of the other maps from that event


maybe in the future ill extend it to include textures for the other maps too,
but for now its only frostbite.

Well I like all the maps in the pack but Frostbite is the best of the pack (I'm not surprised you've decided to cover that for now)
