i had the other pack to, but threw it away sadly cuz i only needed the RL from that pack,

Come on, you gotta be kidding me! He can't just leave us here with great stuff you can't download and won't get finished even though it cries for it! All personal issues he may have with some around here aside, he is really productive and makes cool contributions. You need to talk sense into him, and I want to download his remastered Moondrunk weapon skins (and I am sure at least some of you want that, too)!

Well, basically you can reupload pretty much everything which can be seen in your first post. I am especially keen on the Moondrunk/Orion skins, but that's a personal thing (need those for the addons as well eventually, if you can provide it) - the more they look like the classic items, the more I like them.

FINALLY!

I have been waiting for the reupload of the Moondrunk/Orion stuff for MONTHS now! And it was really worth it, this stuff absolutely ROCKS!

If there is anything to improve, then maybe a version of the axe without the glove so it's absolutely identical to the original. Other than that, it can hardly get any better. Skin resolution is top-notch, those weapons don't have to hide behind the ones with more detailed models.

Follow-up requests:
1) Are there any g_weapons (g_shot, g_nail etc) from other packs to fit this, or would it also require new skins for those? I think Primevil actually made at least some of them (with the Orion debug models), however I think the "steel" skins might not exactly fit the faithful v_weapons. They would also need normal/gloss maps, it seems.

2) Of course, this cries for a conclusion with MP1/MP2 weapon skins to complete the whole thing. As for MP1, actually I believe only the proxy mine launcher would need a new skin since the remodelled versions for the mjolnir and laser rifle still look pretty faithful to me. And MP2 weapons merely feature reskins for the nailguns, grenade/rocket launcher and plasma rifle, so that might be less work than it seems.

One way or the other, thanks a lot for bringing all this back, I am sure I won't be the only one who is happy about it!

i hope you like them...the moon skins are kinda strong sharpened, but the norms give the models nice depth though for sure.

Especially the reskinned Moondrunk rocketlauncher actually looks better than the versions by Ruohis or Plague. It is as original as it can get. Some other weapons lose a bit detail, e.g. the front part of the nail gun which has no transparent muzzles any more... but well, it's a reskin based on the old models, it can't get any better than that.

As I mentioned above, with a modified axe skin (for the hand) and the fitting g_weapons, this should be the new standard for people who love the original Quake look (and I am one of them)!
