      That's one shiny turd
      That is literally the very first thing I ever made in flash. We are talking about a time when I didn't even know what an array was and flash was little more than "javascript" written in an actions panel for each element.

      That's how they used to do it. No classes or interfaces, no public, private, protected and internal vars. Actually no typing (as in what type it is Array, Object, Sprite etc) at all. You literally right clicked the element that you wanted to "command" and wrote the code in it's actions ("properties") panel.

      So, I concur - it is a shiny turd that was made in the shiny turd known as macromedia flash 6 (mx). However, so so many people have played my game that it is unreal, especially when you consider that it was never "released". I've just passed this game on from time to time, much like I did here and there are youTube videos of people playing it (lol).

      I think it's addictiveness stems from the fact that everything is completely random and it just keeps getting faster and faster, on top of it's simplicity.

      This turd has seen a lot of asswipes (LOL!)

                Well even if you dont use a bvh library directly why not use them as controllers to puppet your rig and record what you want from that.
                Seems a ton easier than animating every move by hand.
                Look at this for using bvhacker to prep the bvh.

                I am assuming the animation is the holdup on this project of course.
                If it is something else let us know so we can at least try to help move this to alpha.
                I thought you said you had a kinect? If you do you may have another path
                to animate with that.have a look at this route as well.

                  Here is a close up animation of some MOCAP data that has been added to the "todo" list. All animations might not be MOCAP quality but I'm going to try.

                      It wasn't realistic when there was 22 days, why would it be realistic with less than a quarter of that? I think you are just giving Phenom a hard time.

                      On a side and unrelated note. I am super close to cracking the final algorithm to parse a JSON string to a Qualified Object. I'm on the very last step and I just need to figure out why when it gets to the very last thing to assign it assigns it 15,000 times (it would do more if it didn't time out).

                      Haven't forgotten about you Bluntz. Every time I think I am going to just throw you the XML version (to make good on my word), I find myself not doing that and working on my Object instead. I am now so close to success that to work on anything else would be stupid. You'll be getting that FLV player (like I promised) very soon. You'll get it with a lot more love too. The XML version had all the basic controls and simply worked. No bells and/or whistles. The version I will apply to my JSON engine will have a little more "specialness" to it.

                      Maybe I will even take the time to write an oEmbed script so it will automatically embed when you post the link. Technically, I could build a player as beast as the youTube one, but I think I am going to stick to "unique" as opposed to "rival".

                      EDIT: Awesomeness! I figured out the last algorithm. I still need to define some things a little further but that has nothing to do with the mechanics. The fix was so simple. It keeps digging deeper through the object and parsing a .content string into actual values, well of course it will never stop running if I never delete the string (LOL!). obj.content = ""; worked wonders for my script. I'm glad. This thing is 600 lines of RAWG,GO,GO,GO. I two-steps-forward one-step-back optimized the entire thing as I went so I will actually be able to stick a fork in this angle of my project really really soon.

                        Yes, I am fn with good ol J Dubs. We've been friends on Quake since like, many many many moons ago. Pre-Quakeone.com even, and giving him shit is fun (edited this part in ha ha )

                        Although I do seriously want to try this out, be a beta tester, be a "Hey why can't we upper cut the guy clear across the map?" and stuff like like that

                                A sort of "Martial Arts" Quake Mod would be so much win.

                                I wonder, can we do spinning kicks?! I'd love to reverse-round house kick someone straight to their cranium, into the lava!

                                Ever considered a wrestling mod? As in, you have to pin them for a 3-count, and then they try to "kick out" or whatever. Submission holds, body slams, all that.
