You have it in .map I am assuming.
Take all the textures you're using and make a wad with them inside. Then change the entities to match Q1 and should be done then.
Im just starting to learn mapping - that's what I did when I converted a Q3 map. Buggy as hell as I decompiled the bsp to map but it worked.
