I got distracted and didn't finish setting up Twitch, I got as far as XSplit downloaded and installed. Soon as I get it setup I'll start streaming Q1 TDM team games every time I play!

For someone who had a sour taste in his mouth about TDM surely is a hypocrite of his own words.

Here is how it works.

Mindz moves to new place, gets new connection, pings 20 to quaketx, now has chance to keep up with kimp, abandons CAx to run with TDM, soon as season ends will come back to CAx. (Foot in mouth NOT, pun intended.)

I recall saying I go where I can find games. Sitting on a server waiting on someone to show up isn't any fun anymore. Not getting picked isn't fun. Not shit I can do it about it...but that isn't the case. I know what I'm doing 90% of the time in a TDM game and I beat 'last pick' syndrome. I enjoy team vs team more than I enjoy one vs one..

Practice mode isn't fun either. Competition is fun, and thats why I even play Quake1.

I seem to fall right in line with what drives me to be here in any capacity, interacting with anyone in Q1.

On another note, this thing was supposed to be a race but I seen lots of waiting on the other guy. Just sayin!

I'd rather you payed more attention to my suggestions like that then how I spend my time on q1,
Or say "hey fucker,wanna quake? I'm at BLAH BLAH" and you'd get that same turn around Acid gets, more times then not I get the msg and fire up Quake.

I don't know why you think you can criticize what I do with Quake1...... I mean sure you can but what is the goal here?

Welp Phenom dropped out of the race, mostly due to hardware issues making him die when inputs aren't coming out. I'm going to complete the rest of quake nightmare 100% today around 7:30pm PST. http://www.twitch.tv/danielgames_

The Nightmare 100% Quake is awesome though, I've never really tried to play thoroughly on Nightmare mode. It just kind of sucks my hardware isn't letting me fully unleash the beast on these monsters!

We were blessed to have a 100% nightmare (and normal iirc) world record holder in quake, Yatimas, watch our stream. That was pretty cool.

Welp race is over. Beat nightmare mode 100% semi blind in 10:49:26 WR? WR. Was fun to replay quake at it's hardest. Nightmare mode. Killing every monster and getting every secret. No saving in the middle of a level. Lots of frustration but I'm glad I played it this way. Thanks Phenom for the good race, shitty you had to drop out early

Yes sir, there are a number of outstanding bugs and we are starting to get a few regular people join and play over on Flanders 26010. It is one of the few mods that we can advertise on both the Darkplaces and normal server lists and if you feel so inclined it would be good to get it fixed. ...so to speak
