Should JohnRocker be perma banned from Rage?

So im making this poll because vis seems to think over the past month or so my attitude hasnt changed on the server. Yes i still act up on irc but on rage i've been good cuz he threatens to ban me forever because clowns like sting cry to vis because hes a crybaby. the latest problem with vis is the fact i mouthed off to sting on irc and this is resulting in a ban on rage.. Now why should i get banned from rage when i mouthed off on IRC? just stupid.
Vis then decides to "investigate" my attitude on rage, so he questioned a few people about me and they said im always shit talking.. but i dont think he asked "within the last 2-4 weeks has rocker behaved?" It doesnt really matter anyways because anyone who has known me for a long time will say "rocker always shit talks" even though i've been good for a few weeks, so it doesnt matter what ive done recently. haha. Although i sometimes run my mouth, most of the people i run it to know the type of person i am and deal with it like "oh rocker ur an idiot" and ignore me. i find it all in good fun.. i find alot of quakers actually say "ohh rocker i love ur attitude" cuz they think its funny. anyways.. vote Yes or No to rocker being banned from rage. it will give Vis a hand on determining if i should be ousted forever.. and leave a comment if you want too.

Unfortunately it's not that easy... JR is a CA player just about all CA players on Rage and that's it. You can't just go to another CA server to find a game.

I think it's sad John Rocker is banned at Rage because I think it is more fun to play when he's playing.

I've been around 4 or 5 times (one time was really over the top bad) when he did inappropriate things on Rage, but except for those most of the stuff is funny.

Omnicron makes JohnRocker look like a saint.

I guess it is more of a shame that Rage is really the only CA server right now, getting banned there is currently the "death penalty".

If Rage weren't the only CA server, this wouldn't really matter so much.

Maybe there are things I don't know about (I'm sure there are).

I say a ban should be made when player is breaking the game, since that's what the server is: the game. Obviously, no one is going to argue that publicly saying players' locations repeatedly should not be kicked/banned, but there are grey areas. Shit talking is sometimes in this area, and it varies by person. I would say that if you are talking so much you have to stop, or other players would have to stop during a game, then that's definately overboard. Though, the reason the problem even exists is because there is no ignore command, and you can't change the talk sound without breaking cheatfree compatibility.

I guess JR was known for doing things in the past, but from what I've seen (only in the past couple of months), he's not done anything worth a ban.

JR has actually been kind of nice that I've noticed and I was trying to get him banned for life just last month.. JR has, to me turned himself around. Hes still an hemorrhoid infested asshole

*I also feel it necessary to say that everyone should be able to play, but if that general right is abused in particular cases, this particular modification justifies alternative courses of action such as banning your lame fucking ass. And, I was banned because you randomly started talking shit as i entered a server, I was like 1-1 or "scrim us then ******" and was summarily banned after your average "i own you stfu sting ****** 1-1 aerowalk it's the only map i don't suck at" rant.

But after the yes it says "ban rocker for life!" confirming the choice of Yes.. and No is "Everyone should be able to play" would you like me to change it to "No- Allow John Rocker to play"? cuz the results will be the same.
and in what way do you agree with phenom? he didnt say anything about perma muting me. Also.. i requested a 1v1 in many other levels because im amazing at all. dm3 = just too easy against you stung. im no one trick pony.. i can light it up in more than 1 level sting.. thats what puts me head and shoulders above you, the ability to be good at many levels. Tell you what.. learn a few more levels and we will have a nice big battle including dm3. i'll give you a few months to practice.. ur gonna need it.
