In March 2006, I was 5'8 3/4" ~195 lbs., decline/incline pressing what I indicated, barbell curling 120, incline leg pressing over a thousand (not difficult actually, if anyone has any experience doing so they know what I mean), and finished approximately one or two-hundredths behind a guy who ran a 4.5 flat (~4.52 for those who don't know what a hundredth is) in a 40 yard footrace. I've no need to lie. It's a quake one forum, nobody to impress here.
