Wtf is with the admins at speaknow? Sunshine is on a ban frenzy, banning anyone who is better than him...which is quite frankly most anyone. Dreadful, omg, his name fits him perfect. So why ban people who you 'think' or 'assume' is cheating? How about ban people that mess up games and not people you have your assumptions about? I've beat beat SS 5-0 two times in a roll and he called me out cheating...nice. I suck ass at this game. I have fun, but suck. I don't cheat, don't approve of cheating. I got muted then banned from speaknow because i spoke my mind about SS coming on for 5minutes and banning Wolverine. Cute. I just asked what proof he had for banning him and he said cuz everyone knows. LOL. Wolverine has 20 ping and has played the game since 1999. If the man cant shaft by now, he needs to go play solitaire. But that aint my point, what proof do you have? that he out shafted you? Whatever. But Kimp, disco, mark, etc... that their soul purpose is to screw up every game they play....have never been banned. I think the admins direct their authority completely in the wrong direction.

Sorry to preach, but it's just flat retarded now. They need to ban Bruce, Lenny, Krix, Legends, Rampage, Jon, and Jake and many more for having "hack-like" qualities. Just an idea, if u ban everyone thats better than the admins they can play a 2v2 from now on. Nifty.

Why mute you? Because you come on mocking and talking trash to me. Also, when new players, such as the Dave guy, are trying to play and have a good time, you talk trash to/about him and caused him to leave. You should concern yourself more with helping this guy out and building the quake community rather than shove him away.
3. Kimp IS banned and has been banned, I have 8 of his used IPs in the ban file. Disco never plays anymore. Mark may not be the greatest player, but the last few months he has had a different IP has played respectively.

I honestly don't think Wolverine bots, he pings low and knows the game. Like Nexus said "if wolv cant shaft by now he needs to play solitare", and for Nexus being banned for sticking up for a fellow quaker being banned is bullshit. The admins of speaknow need to pull they're heads out they're asses and ban the people that really deserve it. I like wolv and i like nexus so if im going to be banned for sticking up for these two, so be it. Quake is going to shit and the fun's going away because some fucking admins go off on an ego power trip and take the "admin level" to the extreme, ban people that don't deserve it and look like dick's in the longrun. There isn't too many of us left anymore and the more people admins ban diminishes our population. Just ban Kimp from all the servers and leave the player's that actually mean something to this game alone.

3) Kimp was on Speaknow an hour or so ago asking for a dm game...so no... u didnt ban him

Yea.. We actually banned him for a week or two. Then I helped him get unbanned. (for a second chance) lol.. 5-7 hours after being unbanned, we already had people complaining about a bot at speaknow. They weren't newbs either. I sorta expected this. Why I was so involved in getting him unbanned. Well.. 2 complaints first day back, not too bad. Unfortunately they've just grown and grown... Maybe 10+ now. I have mirc logs of all between 2 different computers. I'll get those together and post to degrade wolverine even more. I also have several demos that have been mailed to me with the subject heading "wolverines a bot" or something to that extent. I plan to put these into an incredible movie for you all to watch.. along with some music wolverine would like.. maybe JUDAS RISING.. Judas Priest. "white bolts of lightning came out of nowhere" Seems fitting. Will get all of that together for you. *KISS*

Since I've laid off playing for a while... just watching.. waiting to see what happens with the situation.. Sort of glad I did. It's not me condemning him. It's the people he plays quake with. That's most important.

Sunshine, all these people that say people cheat, prolly have 20 gigs of pak files themselves. I have no idea who cheats and who don't and honest could care less. If someone uses something to gain 5% eff....whatever. Good for them. I'm more worried about (and you should be too) for the people who make this game un-fun. You said it yourself, you never play... so how the f do you know whats going on? Because some guy says someone cheats, wow, good way to admin your server. I don't know, maybe I'm way off base here... just angers me to see fun people banned upon assumptions. I'm a pipefitter and not a computer guy so I'm not famaliar with whats out there(Hax). But I do know, half the people you have banned were fun as heck to play with, regardless if they used anything... like you said...the people of the server counts the most.

I don't play much anymore, but when I do wolverine is usually there. I've not once suspected him of cheating. So what if it's "not newbs" that are accusing him of it? I've seen many seasoned players that are WAY too quick to assume wrong doing. Stop concentrating on what cheats people might be using and use that energy to think of why you're getting your ass kicked and what you can do differently.
