I like mine too, except for the graphics card. Best laptop for the price around.

Though I've had two and both of their optical drives went to shit pretty quickly. The first one got hit by lightning a month after I bought it, and I was on my way to unplug it, but I got this earth-shattering bowel movement at just the right second. How's that for shit luck?

          desktop: athlon64 tricore 2GHz, nvidia geforce 9500se, 4GB, 1680x1050, debian
          laptop: pentium M 1.7GHz, intel 915gm, 512 MB, 1024x768, debian

You'd be nice to start a poll about which OS people are actually running quake on. And another for the engine they are using !

Yup, Android is open source. The whole thing, not just the API.

As mentioned in a previous thread currently I'm running an intel Q6600, 4GB DDR800 ram, Geforce 7600GT

Currently it is also a file server (but am building a dedicated NAS box to port all my storage drives over too) with 6x 1TB sata drives.

Will be upgrading soon - going to stick with the LGA775 for another year or two, so will upgrade the CPU to a Q9550, 8GB ram, and running Windows 7 (already own it as a part of the MAPS program), not sure about the video card upgrade yet, but will probably be GTX260 or something of the likes.

FYI, playing quake is not all i do on my PC! Mostly it is used for audio production and publication design.
