Kimp is banned. I've been letting him play for two reasons.
1. It was Christmas and he was acting nice.
2. This more than 1, but people were complaining when I banned him because then there was nobody to play with. With kimp around people were getting 2v2's and 3v3 games. DM as a whole has been rather quiet lately.

Now that Christmas is past, I'll just have to ban him from the server before others see him there and complain that I'm taking their games from them...

You are correct, its the CRMOD players that want kimp around when THEY can use him, otherwise he doesn't play.

Getting DM TG going is not as easy as just jumping onto a CAx server and playing.

And secondly, I'm not being disrespectful to Baker. He stated he's taking legal action against kimp, that's great! He keeps bringing it up and mentioning about how awesome it will be, but he can't talk about it, and how so many things will change, but he can't talk about it.

Server emptied out because "zord/kimp" decided to go AFK in the middle of the match. GG. He then went to Rage.quakeone.com and loaded up his bot and ruined games there.

You can direct all Kimp problem's to Magnus.
What part of nothing happens until April 26th from a legal standpoint didn't you read?

I don't understand how any DM'r can complain about any problems arising FROM,or ABOUT kimp,when you blatantly fucking let him play. If kimp had not been there, this posts original problem would not have been allowed to occur. I'm never one to point a finger over bad administration,but not seeing the situation for what it is ,which is more kimp drama,lands at your feet for even letting him on the server.

there is really nothing more to say about him till Apr 26, when we'll all crack a 6 pack. Just document his antics, and ignore. I am perfectly well aware that DM players use Kimp to fill a spot when they need one.

At the same time, DM players that encourage Kimp to play are actually killing CRMOD because if there were no Kimp there might be 20 more CRMOD players in the player pool.

I find this kind of inconsistency self-defeating.
