Good bye everyone.

It is time for me to leave Quake.
I know that some people will be quite happy to see me leaving.
At least I can say good bye with a small amount of dignity left.

I would like to thank all the kind people in this forum who accompanied me along the way. It was always inspiring and fun at the same time.

And especially I want to Thank Spike.
A person who leaves no open question unanswered and who has in my opinion an unbelievable knowledge and is never tired to help the ones in need. Without people like Spike, our Quake would not be the way it is today.

Never forget: It is the engine devs, who make it all possible !
Without engine coders, we would have nothing. Think about it and you will understand.

Always be true to yourself.

I would just like to echo the sentiments expressed by digga and others in the thread. I'm so sorry you are leaving Seven, you have made such a great contribution to the community both in the wealth of material you have created and the good natured way in which you have participated. The community will be diminished for not having you as part of it.

I'm sure you have your reasons for going, and I wouldn't wish to pry, but I'm sure many would love to see you back at some time soon.
