Carbonite (Capture the Flag)

Description

A snowy, dark map. The two bases are seperated by a fence. To get to the enemies base, you have to walk around it, creating a longer walk to the other base. This is because they are only 20 meters away from eachother. When you are in the main hall inside, you have to walk around the flagroom, passing the spawnrooms before you reach the flag. The flagroom has a backdoor, which can be opened from inside. It opens very slow and isnt a real exit. Better walk back again and try to run along that way. There is a alternative route via a small door next to the base. You first have to blow the bars that block the door, but small classes are able to sneak trough them. High above the base is the cappot. Thats also a small sniperdeck.

Offence tips

Go with two or three, and have one of you run in a few seconds before you to try to open the backdoor. Escape through it. Use the alternative route to keep the element of surprise.

Defence tips

On the left or right end of the flagroom (see above), or on the platform at the backdoor of the flagroom (see above) are good sentry spots. Other good ones are along the tunnels to the flagroom. Defend the flagroom entrance as Heavy Gunner, or as Commando. A Demolitionist in the main hall will be a succesfull defender too.
