Hello Nahuel,
You dont need to worry my friend.
You have the permission to release modified skins from Quake Reforged Team.
Please read the following things:
1.) As you know Reforged team consists of Nergal+Alfader.
Nergal gave the clear permission to do it here: klick
2.) That is why this thread was started. Read from post #1 till here
and you will see that many many other people posted their modified skins.

Care to show me how to get it to reflect? I wanted to go for the water reflection look. So what is in front of him reflects - not a preset texture reflection.

The big mirrors are brushes and the small is a model. The shader in the model doesn�t work fine. Maybee in future releases of darkplaces this problem will be fixed. So, I think is not good idea to make a mirror for the visor of the enforcer yet
