    IMPORTANT!!!

Turn Dynamic Lightning OFF for HLBSP maps...
I totally forget that -.- xD

    EDIT:

    WOT!
ProQuake runs my complex Resident Evil Map, but only the first.
Screenshot also shows the palette bug with HLBSP maps:

I just realized that the psp can use shortcut folders, so now I can have a scrounge of armageddon game and the normal quake game. I used to think that in order to switch from S.O.A to regular quake, I would have to remove the "-game" in the quake.cmdline file, or install 2 proquakes (one with the normal game and one with the SOA). But I found out that I can just have the normal quake installed and then have another folder with shortcuts pointing to the original quake + SOA. I can also use the slim eboot for SOA and the normal eboot for reg. quake (since reg eboot has working online play)
how do you do this? i didnt think it was possible?

This is how I have SOA and normal quake installed:
        1: install proquake and put SOA or whatever missionpack/game in the same folder;

2: make folder in your psp's "GAME" folder (mine is called 'quakehipnotic')

3: in your new folder take put the proquake eboot (phat for multiplayer, slim for singleplayer) and put it in there.

4: go back to your proquake folder and right click on your ID1 and click create shortcut. Do this for your HIPNOTIC folder if you have SOA or whatever game addon u have in there.

5: cut and paste those shortcuts into your new folder that you made in your psp's "GAME" folder. It should look like this:

6: copy and paste your quake.cmdline file into your new folder as well, then edit it by typing in "-game hipnotic" (replace 'hipnotic' with the mission pack u want quake to run or game u want to run)

        final product:

ah okay, but this really only applies for mods that still use id1 stuff then. otherwise your still using the same eboot in a different place then? would have been cool if baker could put a option in the options menu to load the game/mod within the engine it's self so we wouldnt even have to do that. sorta like darkplaces "browse mods" option.

Well I found a music pack online and I actually got the music on quake running fine, but then I installed the 1st mission pack I was messing around with the music folder and now I cant remember where the music files go or the commands to make them play.

If you are using ProQuake PSP 4.71, put music mp3 files in "quake\id1\music" folder with names like "track00.mp3" (first track) and "track01.mp3" (second track), etc. so looks like "quake\id1\music\track00.mp3"

This also works for DirectQ and ProQuake in general.

What about adding external texture support to the engine like NZP has, it should fix the HLBSP palette bug thing...
