You're right, I'm preparing a new set or RTlights, totally redone, at the moment the covered maps/episodes are: Abyss of Pandemonium, Dimension of the Past, Beyond Belief, Mexx9, IKSPQ Series, Zerstorer, Soul of Evil, Mexx10 and Descent. If they comes out well and receive some good feedback well, I'll make others for sure.

If you want you can use QRP�s water texture: #04water1.tga for this map. It looks similar. Make a copy of it and rename it to: #water10.tga
You maybe also want to lower your water alpha value to 0.7 in your option menu.
If you are using a DP Pretty Water pack, you do not need additional textures. Just add this block into your shader script:

But looking at your fps counter you most probably do not want to enable r_water shaders. You are best to go with option 1.
