Nice progress, I like the ears much better and finally a new multigun goes a long way to freshen up the player model.Good stuff.

only animated the basic run, the rest might take a while
Edit: updated the render and added a few more textures, some minor tweeks, mostly texture, biggest change on the actual model was done to the legs, lowered the kneepads and shortened the boots, mostly so that the legs would animate properly.
Very nice, This is probably the most needed model.

This is really good bro. Only thing is (IMO) it looks like he has an afro. Other than that it's a pretty great model. Actually, even with the afro it's pretty great, but it's weird to see the Ranger with a fro.
id say give the grunt a SG, since indeed in normal quake he only fires that weapon.
although imo it would be great too if you also made a version which holds the multi-gun, so that the model can be used too with mods like quoth, where theres also a version of the grunt which has a RL instead.
currently i use another hi-poly model by M00 and OoPpEe which also holds a SG, and it looks rather weird when playing those mods that you see a grunt which holds a SG but fires a RL
and i disagree with madgypsy, i dont think it looks like he has an afro at all.
i think its very clear that its a helmet he's wearing
I liked the generic weapon look ,that we've become accustom to while playing online. Someone holding a LG looked the same as someone holding RL. It never made sense but now that I've lived with it for so many years,I've grown fond of it,and Quakes other's weird things like,swimming = walking/running. HEH
a bit more playing around with the model the most noticable is the backpack, gun and armbraces, then the helmet and even the shoulder pads are a bit more wide. I also made the model slightly taller than the soldier and player.
the texture is just to give a better idea of what it will look like, at the moment i'm still open to suggestions.
hmm he needs to be more buff looking. the original enforcer was had a pretty wide torso, and had a bit more bulky shape
he's wearing one of those oversized radio-activity protection suits, and thats what he should look like
and how you made the model he looks like he's instead wearing a real tight-fitting suit
a bit better?, I put it besides the old one for comparison.

yeah, getting there but he still should be more bulky looking.
he still doesnt look nearly as bulky as the original enforcer does
and smooth out the side of the upper body, make them more a straight line.
since its a big oversized suit that part would be more a straight line and not an inside curve
EDIT:
btw i always thought the suit of enforcer was kinda like a hazmat suit with modifacations to make it more suited for combat
perhaps you could look at pics of hazmat suits and take those as example for the shape of the enforcers body?
