wtf, a spawn with teeth?
a spawn shouldnt have teeth
its supposed to be just a shapeless blob of slime.are you curious about what all there is out there in terms of HD content for quake?

those arent teeth, thats just the texture being stretched
imo the spawn shouldnt have teeth, that looks weird. made the teeth invisible myself, looks a lot better
but i do like that purple/blue color mix, it looks great imo <3
EDIT: nvm about the missing faces on bottom, it was me who accidentially made to much of the spawn texture transparent when i made the teeth part of texture transparent
EDIT2: but i did however find another mistake you made though ruohis while i was investigating...
the same part of the texture get used for both the teeth and the bottom. which results in teeth on the bottom of the spawn

fixed the problem, and darkened the teeth

only need some improvement on the animation on the lower body, some more movement to the "feet".. and also a new texture

now i remember, i spent days working on the texture mapping, and even if I say it my self, probably the best mapping i'we done so far
but i had problem getting a decent texture so i abandoned the demon and then it was forgotten...
so if someone can help, here are the textures and the model, note that there is no animation!

just simply rename the md3 files to mdl, thatll work.
i dunno what ruohis does with the textures though but for some reason they dont seem to work and need fixing first.are you curious about what all there is out there in terms of HD content for quake?

this is why at the moment all models are posted in the work in progress folder...
the final release will include instructions and files that work correctly.

at the moment i don't have anything to convert md3 to mdl, and I can only export md3 from 3D studio Max, also not all models are mdl compatible since polygon limit is lower, a few will go over that limit, but most are around 1000-1500.
what engine do you use?
