second quake anyone? - remaking quake in second life

You've worked wonders with sl. I'm unlikely to get the opportunity to see it myself but I wonder, if you get a moment, would you mind posting some more screen shots of the sort of Quake related things you have designed (maps, weapons, etc) so people can see some of the potential in what you are doing ?
Personally, although I'm not 100% sure about a horse with a gun , I've always liked to idea of seeing Quake in newer or "different" gaming engines that can compliment or add to one's Quake experience. I recall half life doing something similar some years back around 2001 with DMC... Skip on 29 seconds... [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cU3kxjPs8Ks"]DeathMatch Classic[/ame]
...reviving some of the Quake One goodness for another audience at a time when for most people Winquake was the nq engine of choice.

sure, i can show more. ive made a whole ton of stuff myself in all my years on sl
as you might or might not have seen, ive also remade the first map of wolfenstein3D in second life,
completely from start to exit including remaking every single item in the map in 3D: remake of wolf3D 1-1 in SL

eyup.... ive also made the GrenadeLauncher and the grenades bounce around just like in-game,
and they explode instantly on impact with a person or scripted object like scripted monsters
and the nailgun fires both barrels alternately just like in-game
and even the lightning-gun can have the same bolt like in-game and damage anyone it hits by using certain tricks
hum.... thats kinda hard to explain
but basically its something like this:
the weapon will render a bolt in-world, which is phantom, meaning itll go through everything and people can walk right through. the bolt is made to always point in the direction of where the person is aiming, but the bolt itself actually doesnt do anything.
at the same time while the bolt is rendered, the weapon will also fire a stream of invisible bullets in the same direction, which are made to remove themselves after a certain distance, which is set to be the same distance as the bolt is long.
so whenever someone passes through the bolt, they will be hit by the invisible rapid-firing stream of projectiles which will do the actual damage

so its not 1000% the same, but thats as close as possible in SL to how it originally works in-game

a church-bench ive made for my sister once, she was making gothic stuff and also made a chapel and asked me if i could help with making some benches for her
an unfinished jaccuzzi i once made for fun, inspired by jacuzzis they had at where we went on vacation xmas2011... dominican republic
an amazon-like bikini with spikes and chains i made for one of my avatars, inspired by a picture i once came across. liked the pic so much i just had to remake the bikini in SL
an unfinished mounted machine-gun i once made for a friend who made a helicopter and wanted to have mounted machine-guns like in some movie
eyup, a rotating N64 logo.... boredom ftw
my own custom MLP avatar, which ive mostly made myself. ive made the bracelets, wings, hair, freckles on her face, floppy ear-effect myself from scratch, and ive made the textures for the eyes and the lower-legs myself as well, and the cutie-mark is my own design

le voila, ze axe is done too.
just last night played around with trying to make the axe and at first had some trouble trying to get the shape right,
but when i decided to try it another way it was quite easy and i had it done in no-time
.
i based it on the axe from the shamblers castle mod, since that one is my favourite axe
