I do like Rage, I just don't like how it turned out

For instance, I have asked Yellow No.5 three times now for evidence on why I deserved to be perma banned from Rage. He hasn't even acknowledged my request.

But.... Luckily I have demo'd every single game I have played for the past 3 months thanks to R00k's Qrack cl_autodemo feature (I knew this would come in handy, I just thought it would be the other way around) anyway. Since Yellow is to chicken shit to post his proof on why I am perma banned from Rage I took it upon myself to post every game I could find where Yellow or Mindz were on Rage at the same time with me. This is why I am perma banned at Rage, for ruining games, simply bringing Rage to its knees and completely ruining games for everyone.

Please, I ask before you come to your senses and realize how petty the reason is for perma banning me is, watch the demos thoroughly, or at least read the console in fastfoward if you use Qrack or "timedemo".

There was only 3 people saying I should be banned throughout all these demos, Yellow, Yellow's sock puppet Mindz & Doug who is a Rage/DM3 baby.

I repeat, before you respond to this post watch the demos fully befor you have an opinion on it. This is why I am perma banned. Yellow doesn't want you to see this or else he would have provided it for you like a good admin would upon request, or simply say "I don't keep logs or demos" which is fine you can still be a good admin and not keep logs or demos, Yellow has failed at doing both.

Yellow's reason for permanently banning Phenom from Rage.

Demos include, how I "ruin games" how I've "seeded" games and me getting muted by Mindz/Yellow and kicked/banned by Mindz/Yellow with little to no justifiable reason.

I am not reading all this shit.

I have noticed Yellow-5 does, more or less kick anyone that he himself finds annoying.

I know lots of people have problems with me, but 99% of the time it's them who ask me a question or get me started on something, i will clearly answer.

Therefore i determine it their fault, if they find me annoying because of myself choosing to respond and set the record, in my own wording.

So, as far as i'm concerned there is a ton of multiple servers, that all are very much identical.

I like dredd for the custom maps, as it does bring back memories of lan parties on DM maps i never played before which i'd modify settings for on lan games and stuff like that.

So i find it very entertaining.

If you don't, then go sit idle somewhere else.

Anyways, back to the punch line.

I play when nobody's bugging me, as i find it enjoyable than.

As for this vote. I just remember, watching Yellow-5 talk down to someone before i was drunk at the time, and forget who too.

But, I do know i defended that person and then told yellow-5 to fuck off, and along the lines of, who cares what anyone says and whatnot it's quake.

I got kicked or something, and then i just quit quake to play my guitars.

I don't need to watch people talk down to others.

I don't see a problem with Sarcasm, like if someone kills you. "Fuck you, asshole!?!" Clearly, that is a response that anyone would take as sarcasm, but when they get personal.

I just find it annoying.

I still wouldn't kick anyone for that shit.

But, i just saying if all the servers go down.

There will always be another one up.

Besides there are always bots or single player to play offline.

People are just a luxury.

They are individuals and unique and more challenging and when they aren't being assholes. They can be a lot more fun to play against.

I've read alot of what's been going on, and even though i'm not on here that much, I can still see that things were still going around in circles.. However I will say that I see some can let things go and act like "big boys and girls" lol
But really,no one is going to have the same opinions on the people who play on, and admin on the different servers.. and what's the point of "beating a dead horse" ? Everyone has their strong and weak points, you are either going to give him a chance to make a change or not.. But in the end it's up to yellow on how and why he's going to do things..
No I don't plan on voting. I'm sorry but I don't see the point in it, I haven't been around long enough to make any rash decisions on anyone. I'm sure the same can't be said for others on me.. Just like I'm sure someone is going to try and put me down for not choosing a side on this subject.

I don't try to bring the fact that I am one of the admins of Dredd at all while I play, sometimes I completely forgot I am an admin actually and I'll be voting for a map I don't like saying "YES THE VOTE!" I have rarely screwed up a game using admin-warp(Lets not forget Dredd is only a couple months old and some of the maps work well while some don't so in certain situations a admin-warp is a great thing). On top of what nobody has had to be dealt with by an "admin" anyone who's had an issue on Dredd (That I have seen having a problem) I've dealt with in a positive manner even when I was being pressured to mute/kick/ban people. Its not my job to ruin other people's game for other's personal reasons. Its my job to provide the server to the people, and get out of their way while they play(as admin), I don't like the feeling of an admin looming over me watching my every word/movement and I don't expect others to enjoy that either especially if the admin already claimed to hating you.

Boredom is something that can effect us all and can be a positive or a negative thing depending on the admin, which is why once again when I admin up at Dredd, i admin up for the reason at hand, not because I assume someone is going to ruin the game or because a n issue is arising. If you can't deal with an issue without admining up every single time you probably don't need admin as you only use force to get your way. I've said it before admin is a non-stop job to dealing with issues that crop up, you don't need to over use your admin abilities simply because you don't have time to deal with issues of your server, if you don't have the time to deal with your server's issues, maybe you shouldn't be running it.

One of the things Yellow-5 had discussed with me is why I wouldn't kick/ban people for shit talking in the past (something along those lines). I only implemented a ban twice ever on rage, only once on rage00 (omicron). I'd let shit talk go, I mean after all, it's a public server and it's expected

Ditto, I mention that I am an admin* occasionally to my friends while on another server but I don't use the admin unless it's absolutely necessary.

* I normally say "Oh hey they made me a Dredd admin." when I haven't seen someone in a long time.

Yes, I was digging through my stuff. When I was admin at quake.crmod.com , I had banned Omicron for repeatedly yelling the word ******. You have all seen this from him. I'm a mature adult, but calling Omicron a waste of space is completely true. Anyhow.. J.P. Grossman said it best to me......

"Hey Frenzy, unfortunately a**holes are part of quake. It's one thing to kick a bot, but kicking a trash talker is a slippery slope because everyone has a different threshold at which normal trash talk becomes offensive & disruptive. So while I encourage you to enforce a policy that you're comfortable with on the other servers you administer, I can't support kicking/banning dickheads, pathetic wastes of prepubescent carbon though they may be."
