What kind of mouse do you all use?

i use a simple basic logitech optical.

The best gaming mouse on the market is logitech g9 (wingman), and logitech g5.
Either of those would be excellent.

I use an MX300 personally, oldschool.

i use the lame HP mouse that came with my computer. i've used it so much that the gray paint is all worn off, in the areas covered by my palm and fingers, and there's some screw bouncing around inside, but it serves my purpose

I use a fully programmable R2 Mark III Omnimouse from gamingmouse.com

It has 7 buttons that are totally programmable, the 3 grip buttons can be used to shift the buttons up to 3 shifts, thus making the top 4 buttons equal 16 buttons, 4 buttons x 4 modes per button.

And can even be programmed to do randomized keyboard key presses (movement keys pressed randomly for random times of being depressed. And can even be programmed to recognize and react to being lifted from the mouse pad.

I never move my wrist when I play or use my PC because of this mouse. Total control with finger movement only. Translates into more brain power utilized when controlling the mouse.

Oh and even with this excellently designed gaming mouse, I still suck at quake.

Do alright at Sauerbraten (cube 2) but I also have lots of time and practice in on cube 2. I only just polished off my old Quake CD last week to start playing with the mods and retexture project etc.
