As the issue was resolved, and really (perhaps not in your eyes - but mine), and you two had agreed it was over, I moved it because it was not necessary drama needed in the forum, just as this post you are posting. Nor was moving it my way of "hiding" it, as I posted, issue resolved so I was taking care of it. I like to push the community in any positive direction I am able, and no more posts in a thread that wasn't needed in the first place can't be a negative thing. In turn, I am "falling into your trap" by even responding.

No need to act like my moving of that thread was some huge undercover operation set in motion by the super secret society of assassin killer admins masonry group to cover up the shit. haha.

Feel free to locate any of my recent posts where I openly admit I may be different in game (my choice of words), as I am here on the forums. I've always been that way.

I'd also argue that you did need to be muted today verse not being muted, another issue in which we may not see eye to eye. You intentionally, when on the servers, like to "push buttons" with your dry humor, telling people to shut the f*#k up, etc. You look for a rise, on the servers, and here on the forums. This doesn't make you a quake patriot, this makes you an issue. And as soon as I muted you, I told you I'd be looking forward to your post on the forums, as you are predictably crying about every administration move out there

You vehemently boast about how open this forum is, and about how great the administration is here... and you condemn when admins delete threads, yet you defend Frenzy's action of moving a thread to the hidden section, while saying you don't agree with it.

I'm not speaking for Baker here, but this forum is VERY open. As long as people can treat each other with dignity and respect, and approach their posts as such.

Also, Baker has said that he will never go against another administrator's actions, even if he doesn't 100% agree with them, he wouldn't choose who he does if he needed to second guess decisions. I'm sure in the situation that it became a personal battle between people rather than for the better of the forums he would indeed intervene. I am just saying, while he may have not agreed with the move, at least now you know the reasoning behind it. Don't get on Baker for my actions.

I fail to see how a forum can be open when the administrators regularly move things away to the hidden section (although I can agree with you halfway in that this forum is more open than others I've seen on the net). I do have respect, I just disagree with a great deal of things here. If Baker's reasoning for stuffing away my posts disagreeing with his glorious view of the community is disrespect, then it seems to me that the disrespect label can just be tossed around wherever the admins see fit to cover up a mess they wouldn't like others to see.

I dunno, maybe I'm asking for too much. Perfect administration is impossible. As human nature goes, you can't please everyone, someone is going to disagree with something somewhere along the line. I do wish CA/DM was more than DM3 99% of the time though... I don't think that's asking too much...

The thread that was removed to a "secret forum" seems pretty easy to understand, unless Mag just wanted it on the public forum to show off how he made an "admin" apologize? the thread was obviously going to get spammed with Truck images or "FFFUUUUU!!" posts from there on out, or turn into some meaningless chatter which would have made better material for a whole new thread! You requested justification and you got an apology, end of discussion.

Anyway I'm not picking a fight here, but I don't see why Magnus is still on a streak of posting about admin abuse and hope he will eventually realize not everything is going to be perfect.

What if the problem isn't in reality, but rather your perception.

If you so, you have an imaginary problem that can only be solved with an imaginary solution.

If true, spending time thinking about the imaginary problem is a waste of time and thinking about imaginary solution is a path to nowhere.

And some people will try to draw you into their wild goose chase looking for the completely, absolutely super-perfect world. Which doesn't exist.

Now ... if I know such a place doesn't exist, but if you think it does ... that's not my problem, that's YOUR problem. And no matter how many times you insist this magically super-perfect place exists, it still doesn't exist.

And it still isn't my problem.

The solution to your imaginary problem: "The world isn't perfect, somewhat close to perfect is as good as it gets.
