I think it's time you rethink banning kimp from quakeone.com. It's been more than a year and I believe if he's given another chance, he could be an asset to the community.

I was part of the majority who wanted him banned before, but he's proven that he would like to be a contributor, rather than a disruptor. If server admins want to ban him, that's their choice.

I talk to almost Solecord daily,and if you think Kimp had any shot at succeeding at doing anything except enticing fn pitchforks and torches, you're just as delusional as you presume me to be, over the "kimp" subject. I'm suprised you can't simply respect that Kimp's had well over 5 chances in 2009,2010,2011,and already he fucked up 2012, and for the larger portion of 2012 I left kimp alone,no bans,nothing.I played CAx with kimp regularly, and not until the DDoS from kimp on CAX.servequake did I re-institute a "FUCK - YOU - KIMP" policy.

If he wasn't there when I came back to NQ for a short time, it would not have been the same experience. As for DDoS, well, if he is playing around with a botnet, that is only an issue with me if he did not write the code for his bot network and is causing problems with his ego and being able to kill servers. It is immaturity at best to cause these problems, but everyone deserves a few chances.
