Most of the people responding to this only have second hand knowledge of the situation. Those who have experienced things first hand know that things are being exaggerated by mindz. I was in favor of his initial banning, so that he would tone his behavior down, but a lifetime ban is a little much.

I encourage those out there to speak up along with me. I think it's time we stand up to mindz and his cronies.

Well, I suspect that he has been using cheat clients, but he is not good enough to make it a serious issue. K0ngsD0ng told me that he cheats, and I do not doubt he has some sort of "hacked" clients. Kimp, stop flooding servers with your lame bots, or whatever it is you use. If you want respect, earn it. You got some respect from me, because you proved yourself as an asset. You did good with me, but what about everyone else? If these other guys don't want you around, it is because of your own wrongdoings.

The reason you aren't in the "know" of the deceitfulness of kimp, is because you're only concern is for your precious games of TDM. As long as kimp doesn't ruin the oSo epic 4v4 you've got going, everything is kosher in "Kimp land" and he can do no wrong,has never done wrong, and will in the future, do no wrong.


The normal routine was , while kimp would be waiting on people to play TDM, he would take his bot to Shmack RuneQuake servers. If your first reaction is to lulz that its RuneQuakers,and you don't care about that side of the tracks, then you sir, will never "Get It" , just like CD will never get it. Or maybe he does?

Thats just 1 angle of why Kimp isn't welcome at 90% of the US netquake servers.

IT NEVER ENDED, Kimp was kept at BAY for a long time,until he found amnesty at QuakeTX servers. 2012, he's still acting malicious in Quake1.

You're basically stepping on a lot of people toes who's already had their hand shot off by Kimp's bullshit and fopefully you will soon realize just how many people Kimp has effected, yes it's a game which people play to enjoy and waste time, but mainly to enjoy. Kimp destroys that for people he's effected and much more, that's just my personal perspective.


I've been on servers where Kimp gets served, he will either DC or idle and all the sudden the server goes to shit. Only when Kimp stops moving or directly after he leaves.

I am not saying he does it every time and every-time I see the icon on my screen I think Kimp is outside trying to hump the CO box out of the ground to mess with my connection. But this is what I've experienced. I've also experienced most of what he's confessed to and what others here have said.

the DM group can have Kimp just keep him off the CA servers plz.

He shouldn't be given free reign anywhere, he's a proven issue player who never ceases his childish antics that result in the end, games being ruined that aren't TDM.

The reason most TDM players can't say they have seen Kimp act up is because TDM is what he wants, and in the process fuck everything else. That is unfair to Quake as a entire community for this game shouldn't be subject to his antics during "TDM off time".

For the record, I gave kimp and second and third chance on the forums... second chance based on community support, third chance based on my own support, against the community's wishes. He blew it and that's that. He lost his opportunity.
