Hey, give en0ch one more chance if you're feeling "nice." When I ran servers for QW and NQ, I got all kinds of requests to ban people, but I never did, because I was neutral and nobody's master. Other people like controlled environments, and thus ban problems, which is not even effective against the UDP proxies that enable people like en0ch to bypass IP bans. If he screws up again, I will take responsibility. If "kimp" thinks he is better than everyone else and thus is privileged to cause problems, his last chance will fall on me and I am vouching for him. En0ch, just don't violate the rights of others if you're ever on here again. I think he is a DM asset, but if he refuses to respect the other mods and causes problems, I respect your judgment of him. I know that my Quake experience would not have been the same without him, so he is an asset, at least to the DM community (which is my Quake). His problems are many, but if he screws up again, I will accept the responsibility of being wrong. For the record, I do not like the name "kimp" and I wish that he changed his alias permanently to Enoch (or whatever). You do not have to let him back on here; I am just giving you in my input. If you do, and he causes more problems, I will ignore him altogether (a "mental" ban).

Quakedm.com used to have a forum up for DM'ers. My account was deleted by wolv. The forums disappeared obviously from my understanding and now the DM'ers fall back on Quakeone.com. I did nothing wrong on wolvs site to get deleted. Go beg wolv to put the forums up again so enoch has a place to communicate.

I was in the DM so-called "community" since the mid 90's, and I agree that the players have changed. W0lv, I am disappointed that you deleted that forum. If you have the forum available, why don't you make it public again? Why should people waste their time posting on your forum if you're only going to remove it later? You've got some problems, w0lv, but so does everyone else. I was willing to take your sh*t talk, w0lv, and I do the same for most other people as well.

This is the reason i made a quick decision to abandon TDM and just stick to CAx where atleast most of us enjoy playing with minimal shit talk in game.

Omi will cry like a baby if he is getting "owned" in a 1v1 match. He said before that he would suicide if "kimp" ever beat him. Omi never did anything to me other than RQ, so I do not have that much of a problem with him (other than when he does the same thing during TDM).

Yeah, it is off-topic, but it is a reply to wicked lord's post. These guys (W0lv and Omi) are just players, and they provide the community with Quake skills, to be used in actual games. Everything else is just text on a damn screen. You people should not get so bent out of shape over text messages sent via a Quake client or a forum associated with it. I appreciate what w0lv and Omi have given in terms of their abilities to play the game that we all like. WL, even if you disagree, thanks for hosting those servers, and I appreciate what you have contributed. Glad to have met you.
