striker, i'm officially starting the unban omi movement. The UOM. Yeah the ban.cfg is empty, he's blacklisted. You pay those ppl for servers, you are the customer, you are always right, make them unban. NOW!

if he was banned then their must have been a reason. however i think if he has been banned a while he should be allowed to play. let it be water under the bridge. the q1 community does not need grudges (with the exception of the whole kimp thing, that is justified). if i was banned i would want someone to give me another chance, and if i was a server admin i would give that chance to someone who deserves it.

so with that in mind i throw in my lot with UOM!

Thanks for the unban. I would like to reiterate for some of those whom don't get it, that I have never played on this server. It came up while I was in a period of never playing quake and not even having an internet connection to play from. So yeah that was weird.

I would re-iterate that you should basically have these three things in mind when you connect to Quake servers

1]No one will tolerate your typical trash-talking, shit-attitude, about how your team sux or ETC,ETC. You know how you CAN AT TIMES act a complete FUCK.
2]The game your playing isn't to win a Ferarri,so calm the fuck down.Refer to the 1st.If your losing because of your team mate,suck it up. Some players aren't as good as you,and you telling them how bad they suck or how much of a scrub they are pisses me off.
3]You're a-OK in my book (if you could learn to grow out of this "100%Animosity type player". You're never banned for cheating,you're never banned for being good, you honestly get banned because you're an asshole of epic proportions. )

I play everywhere else. i.e. I'm on dm1.quaketx.com right now as I type this. This is cax.quakeitup.com is the only server I am banned on and its for reasons other than my actions on the server because I have not actually played on that server. I also just got a brand new connection so someone must have found me on a dm server and wrote down my IP to ban it.
