This review highlights the major changes in the level.
All mojor rock info can be found in the rock1 document.

This is the new front of the enemy base. Note the larger sniper areas. Good for Snipers, bad for you. if you have a zoom alias, use it to shoot those snipers with tranqs before you jump in. It slows them down a LOT. Other than that, use the same Rock1 strategy as before.

Snipers hang here in this walled off area. It's a bit hard to knife them now, as their backs aren't as open, but it is still possible to do a lot of damage.

Welcome to the new Rock courtyard. Here, everything seems the same, but is actually very different. The upper walkways are not flush against the walls, which makes grenade jumping up them a lot harder, but still possible. This is the view you get from just above the main entrance. remember which is which. There are 4 doors now!

Now there is another quick way into the base. A demo or helpful HWGuy can blow the rocks. (Yes, there is a plunger now. Only Heavys are strong enough, but it does make getting in easier!)

You can easily get into the bathoom from the side passage behind the passage to the courtyard. Be careful of the thin walkway, but all you have to do is shoot the grate for it to open. The grate is see through, and works both ways for a quick escape. Watch out for the soap.

The same strategy applies as before. If you can get up the lockers, then assault the upper plats, and get those sentries. In the recently released Ent upgrade, the pack near the bathroom can be accessed by the enemy again, making a spy's life a lot easier!

Here is the security tower. This is new in Rock2, and opens another entranceway to the gas room. Be careful. If the grid is still active, crossing the yellow bars means death. In the older version of Rock2, unload your entire ammo supply into the tower to short circuit it. In the newer Ent upgrade, there is a switch that shuts it off. Note that you can throw stuff through the invisible door. So if there are any sentries there, toss a few to clean em out.
