Here's the deal Mplayer built the largest Quake community ever..

It would be in the best interest of all quake players to support the efforts.

All of what you see here its going to be updated. THIS IS NOT THE FINAL PRODUCT. Its going through a completely new redesign, when we are done it will look like Mplayer for 2013.

beta testing will be starting in approx 1/2 a month. Rome wasn't built in a day, but we have some of the most brillant minds working on it.

                    Claims Mplayer is coming back
                    Dumb updates
                    No website
                    No sources
                    No other websites claiming this

                    Seems legit guys.

Bort, we would be glad to have you as a member. We are not ready to promote at this time, but I assure you this is the real thing.
Importing the data base files has taken alot of time and reprogramming. It was expected to take a week, however it looks like its going to take longer.

Mplayer LLC is a real company in FL, and Mplayer recently became a trademark again. This information is available on the web if you would like to research it. I really dont know why a company would spend alot of money doing that if they were not legit.

                      Who knows..

But dont worry we will have quake running smooth when you get there.

Where in FL is it located? I live in Vero Beach, FL. Might need to stop by the office (if one is available) and say hello.

Just created an account at the mplayerpro.com site. Seem's to be moving forward.

Yes, we are few weeks from alpha testing...Finally. Guys we want to implement the quake back into Mplayer. What alot of people didn't realize is that Mplayer didn't support games, games supported Mplayer. When the time comes we need the best coder in this quake community to help us get the new quake clients and mods to run on Mplayer again. The SDK explains in great detail how to get it to work with Mplayer, but we need a coder from the quake community to take the time and work with us and get it completed. We will be getting the card games running first, but it would be nice to also have quake running close to the same time.

I would appreciate any community referrals..
