Thats because we are Mplayer.co ,NOT Mplayer.com. We have been operating under this domain for years. IGN refused to sell the domain, even though they have no use for it. This may be confusing right now, but we will mitigate this problem in the near future.

Ok Mindf!3ldzX, I sent you a PM, but when I look in "sent messages" it does not show up. I don't know what is going on.

beary, when sending a pm, I think there is an option there, to save a sent copy...that may be useful for you to keep track of conversations

Hi guys,

Just a heads up for those of you that aren't registered on our forum!

In just a few days on January 31st, provided everything goes smoothly, we will be doing the phase 1 launch. It basically means, welcome back to Mplayer!

As you can imagine we are talking with people on a great number of forums so to help us out please check in on our forum for updates and the details about how to get online when the time comes.

Ya, we will get there bluntz I promise you! Quake will be a great community again on Mplayer, you just wait We are still in the testing stages, but at least you can see that we made progress and are REAL!

Hi guys,

Just wanted to bump the thread. We went in a fairly different direction so had to do a lot of re-coding. But now we have a much more versatile/adaptive client that we will be releasing in the near future. Screen shot below.

When the new version goes live, it should have game launching for quite a few quake titles.

We will keep you guys posted.
