I would appreciate any community referrals..
You need the solution to one of these riddles. I'm not volunteering anyone by name.

In the corner of this checkered floor I anticipate kings with castles to form. Diagonally deficient and blocked by my brothers, I wait on one side to move to the other.

Centered in the crescent moon I don't belong there but I complete the Q. I complete the 2 and complete the 3, but in both cases with more of me.

daaang, I'm pretty good at this. Except they aren't very hard. :\

There's your hints for the 2 people that I think could help you the most. Good luck getting either though.

There is a 3rd but to write a riddle for his name would be very complicated. Let me give it a shot.

I prefer to remain in the background and faceless, while I allow you to visit all my dark places. My first name insinuates praise and obedience, while the second is wreaked throughout my days with expedience.

that's the best I could come up with

I would like to see TF available for this as well... I'm not sure how much the qw TF players will support it if it is just netquake because of the speed difference, but if there was a way to have the current TF progs we run used for a qw server to be opened when creating a lobby, then I think it would be a big hit. We have a couple pub servers, a couple competitive servers, and a 1on1 server in the US community right now that are actually used... it would be nice to be able to start up lobbies for whatever we want instead of fighting over servers. Also, most of the TF players started on either heat.net or mplayer.com for the most part so the nostalgia alone could bring them back.

Shock we will be working with the community have all current versions of Quake to run on Mplayer including Quake TF. Netquake was the original supported version, however we will be starting from scratch implementing the new versions. This is where we need the coders in the community to assist in this effort. We believe we can revive quake through Mplayer.

Simon said we will need to wait to make the Mplayer SDK public since there is updates and some changes they will need to be made. This will explain how to code it into the newer versions of games.

If you want HEAT then you might as well bring back TEN as well

Such nostalgia with names such as TEN, Heat, and MPlayer! So much time spent in the lobbies and playing Quake on there.

I do remember Mplayer now!!! WOW!!! That was ages ago!!! I love that since something went viral online about archive.org releasing some old school PC games that Quake was recently one of the most downloaded recently. Awesome! I would love to see some quakers out and about again.

You'll have to install Quake (do you even still have it installed from when I helped you months ago??) and play with us.

Put down your click click click game and pickup the GIB GIB GIB game bro.
Once upon a time you rode a bike called Q1,so don't gimme any shit about it's too hard or w/e.

                            ihoc.clan-rum.org , get some!

                              Hello everyone,

We are near completion of our Social Entertainment client and would like to implement game launching capabilities. We wanted to see if there are any coders interested in being a part of our development team. The main reason I am contacting this forum is because Mplayer was once Quake’s flagship service for multiplayer game play. Any old school Quake players would surely remember this service. We would like Quake to be the first game to work on Mplayer.

Again I am contacting ALL coders who would be interested. At this point this would be a fully voluntary position. This would obviously change later if we get off the ground.

Currently our service is in alpha, but is excepting Elite Beta Testing positions. Anyone interested please apply at Mplayer.co/EBT. The information requested is substantial, so we understand a lot of people WILL NOT fill out their personal information. It will only be for NDA purposes and will be less invasive in the near future.

Coders interested in joining our dev team to implement game launching for Quake please contact me or Simon, our lead Technician.
