RuneQuake Tournament in the oven!

I believe they left after we became inactive. I know for a fact the last time i played at all was in January 2002 because i started law enforcement/police academy in January 2002 and never returned to quake until October 2011. They may have even left us before 2002 since most of our members became inactive due to the TDM scene dying out in 2000. If you read the history on the site it will say something about us taking up CA & Counterstrike to keep the clan active. I truely believe when i left the clan fell apart as i was the veteran player and kept everyone in high spirits during our matches and practices. Blueberry and Kwong were good players. Kwong still plays i think? Also if you looked at the DM roster [NP]-n1ggac0ck- is badaim.

Following some information from EZJack and Dee Killer there appears to be a small hole in the GenDM1 map which could cause a player to become trapped and have to lose frags in order to rejoin. If a player would hook to the location below they could literally fall through the map and get stuck in kind of loop..

Well done on finding the map bug, guys.

Although it was not an obvious bug we want to make sure that nobody is caught out by it during the tournament and so the Gendm1 map has been withdrawn and replaced with Cleaver


The Tourny info posting has also been updated so everyone knows whats happening. This has also been replicated to the sister posting Forums.Runequake.com

This bug has been known for along time. They just so happen to stumble upon it. Nothing new. Thats what happens when people dont ever leave shmack to play on different servers and maps they think they found something new. I enjoy that bug in the map for the purpose of fighting and then poof your gone and your enemy is like wtf?
