Well it seems that all the newsies out ther got their brand spanking newsies copies of TFC, and here I sit, without TFC, and I feel like a dork. Way to go and scoop the story, Steel. Well, I have a site to pimp. Primogen There really is no specially _SPECIFIC_ reason to go there.. Just that the site is owned by my best friend's boyfriend, Flynx. Please newsies! I'm the only spy in your midst! Give me a scoop on the Spy Class before I go out of my mind!!

Speaking of TFC, I wonder if all of the additions from the TF bugfixers will be included. I truly do love the fact that knives go through armor! On another note, I was on a server last night playing 2f5 (eech.) and I noticed that it's much easier to get in to the enemy base nowadays. C'mon people. where they hell is your defense. Yeesh. Too much reliance on sentries. That's the problem. I can blow those relatively fast, and without thinking. Who else read Thundercok's interview and thought his ideas on the Spy were complete bollocks?
I love the Sgt's maps dearly. Rock1/2 are my absolute favorites, but I'm still not enthralled by the fact that Thundercok hates spies. I know I've ranted on this before, but I haven't updated so many times in a row in months, so here goes:
Why do people hate spies? Why are we so maligned? If anyone had a modicum of sense we'd be one of the most completely irrelevant classes out there. It's bad enough that we can't do our job because teammates like to kill us, but this general hatred has got to stop. What does a Spy do? Simple. We fux0r your defense so hardcore that your team can't possibly survive the onslaught. We gas your respawns. We blow your sentries. We knife those snipers dead. The only people who hate the Spy are those who can't handle the spy.

I just have one thing to say....
I'M GOING TO GRAD SCHOOL!!!!!!!
I just got accepted to the Physics PhD (not Phat Dragon.. Doctor of Philosophy!) program at Clemson University in South Carolina. Just to make everyone jealous, I'm getting $13k per year to do it! Full tuition and everything! I guess that makes me One of the few Doctoral Candidates in the TF world, eh? :) Doctor SteelAngel in the HOUSE!!!

Howdy everyone! I just got in from my trip to Prague, and now I just want to go back. The beer is cheap (~20Kc = $.75) and the whole attitude of the country is very much what I appreciate. Of course, I'm Going to sound like the Sentinel now, but I spent most of my time Club-hopping. Wonderful women out there, I do say :) I'd just like to make shout outs to: Dustin, Todd, and the rest of the Nashville-Amsterdam Crew, The dancers at the Atlas Caberet and the Fenix Club, and a very special thank you to Sabrina at the Atlas for making my stay in Prague worth every crown. That's my PrOn for the day :)

Not a big update today. But doe anyone else thing that Advanced Calculus sucks? I just had my ass handed to me on the final. silver platter and all. On another note, I'm thinking that the model for the Spy in TFC really does suck. So I'm going to be making a spiffy tux-skin for it as soon as TFC gets out. Viva stylish Spies!!
